How do I fix my POS if the printer is only printing blank receipts?
Two things could cause this issue. Either you put a kitchen impact paper roll into the thermal receipt printer, or you loaded the thermal receipt paper roll into the printer upside down.
Make sure the paper roll you just loaded into the printer is a thermal receipt paper roll. If it is, then take the paper roll out, flip it over, and load it back into the printer.

How do I reset my POS machine?
Unplug the POS device from the power supply (for about 1 minute) and then press and hold the red button until the screen goes off. Then press and hold the green button to turn the screen on again.

What do I do if I lose the data stored in the POS?

How do I fix my POS touchscreen not working?

Scratches, pits, or dents on the screen can also cause touch problems, such as a misaligned touch or a cursor that constantly returns to the same position.

How do I fix the cash drawer not opening?
To troubleshoot, check if the drawer is unlocked and listen for any sounds or paper jams. Ensure that the drawer is properly connected to the printer and that the printer is online and assigned to the POS terminal. If the problem persists, contact technical support at (866) 710-7382
What happens if my POS system is not turning on?
Power cords can get displaced under the counter, so check that the cord is not damaged and is properly plugged in. This should resolve the issue in most cases but could be the case that the breaker may need to be reset.
If the problem persists, it’s advisable to contact your equipment provider for technical support. If feasible, keeping backup hardware on-site can accelerate the recovery process in case of hardware failure, as determined by your technical support provider.

What can I do if I am having connectivity issues with my POS?
To resolve these issues, begin by checking your internet connection and ensuring that your router and modem are functioning correctly, with all cables securely connected. Contact your internet service provider (ISP) if problems persist.
